Shepherding a Church through Major Change” will equip participants to lead a congregation through major change in a positive manner – without leaving bodies in the ditch along the way. Leading major change requires a process to gain “buy in” by those impacted. Change is inevitable and is increasing in speed, complexity and volume. This workshop will discuss how we can lead people through change, not just cope with change, survive change, or react to change.
