Churches today have six generations alive and involved which means they must deal with six different attitudes toward architecture, furniture, expectations toward staff, worship styles, what to wear to church, giving, etc. The oldest generation is known for giving to institutions, but Generation Y prefers causes. Each successive generation wants more control over when, where, and how each dollar is spent. So, what can the church do today about its future income?
